Slack Integration Plugin

I'm happy to announce that we have native integration with slack for reviewing connections (v1.10+).

After enabling and configuring, it's possible to approve a time based connection or an one off execution directly from slack. In practice, when a user tries to execute a task with a review:

hoop exec mytask

A message will be posted to a slack channel with two buttons allowing users to approve or reject a execution.

Other use case is allowing users to connect for a specific time in a connection, the message will contain the amount of time of the session.

This feature is available for our SaaS and for self-hosted customers. Check it out how to configure it.
