Dock's Challenge
Manual Operations Were Constraining Growth
As Dock scaled its fintech operations across Latin America, manual processes became a major bottleneck. Critical tasks like financial adjustments, account cancellations, and high-volume transaction processing were performed by hand, increasing the risk of human error and slowing execution. Strict compliance requirements added pressure and demanded intensive documentation and audit trails that were hard to maintain manually. Dock’s AWS-integrated infrastructure further complicated operations, as teams struggled to coordinate batch processes across disparate systems without centralized control or visibility. Without a secure, automated access proxy and granular auditing, Dock couldn’t track who accessed what and when, which posed serious security and compliance risks. These limitations hindered scalability, slowed client onboarding, and threatened Dock’s resilience and competitiveness in a fast-moving, highly regulated landscape.
